The role
At 3INA Cosmetics, we continue to drive our international expansion and are looking to bring on board a Business Development Consultant to lead the opening of new distribution channels. Your main mission will be to identify, access, and close agreements with key retailers and distributors in order to introduce and scale 3INA’s presence across new international markets. Type of contract: Freelance Flexible model (project-based / success fee) Immediate availability preferred
Your Challenge
-Identify expansion opportunities across retail and distribution channels. -Open and develop new commercial relationships. -Lead negotiations through to the successful closing of agreements. -Ensure the successful launch of the brand in new points of sale. -Monitor the commercial pipeline and account development.
What We Expect From You
-Solid experience in business development and commercial expansion. -Background in beauty, cosmetics, retail, or FMCG. -Proven ability to open doors and close commercial agreements. -Self-driven, autonomous, and results-oriented profile. -Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
